My expectations are so far being more than accomplished. Every session starts with a brief about the changes you have seen in your project applying what you have just learned in the previous sessions. As a result, l see my team more focused, aligned to strategic objectives (for our clients and our organization) more confident about the decision making in their projects and stronger in the leadership, negotiation, communication, scope of work definition and risk management skills, among others.
The PROJECTCOACH’s High Performance Program® was perfectly adapted to our own requirement into the company and the systemic environment of the project manager. The innovative performance program was particularly intense coaching format. The primary objective was to improve the leadership performance of project managers.
